Located within the Yorkshire Dales, Akebar Country Park will host its Bonfire Night & Fireworks Display on Friday 7th November 2025. The event will include a bonfire from 6.30 pm, live DJ, BBQ food, and the main firework display starting at 7.30 pm. It is open to everyone, not just those staying at the park.
Aldwark Arms Bonfire & Fireworks Night

The event will be on Tuesday 4th November from 5.00 pm, with the bonfire lit at 6.00 pm and the fireworks display at 7.30 pm. Boston Spa Community Bonfire & Fireworks Extravaganza
Primrose Lane Primary School, Boston Spa
This community event hosted by Primrose Lane PTA will happen on Saturday 8th November 2025, with all proceeds going to the school. Gates open at 5.00 pm with the fireworks starting at 7.00 pm. As well as the firework display, there will be drinks, food, rides, candy floss and a tombola. Tickets are on sale from Douglas Yeadon, Costcutters, or the PTA.

On Wednesday 5th November 2025 at 6.15 pm, Grewelthorpe will be hosting their bonfire and fireworks celebration at Lofty’s field, behind The Crown. Fireworks begin at 7.00 pm.

From 6.00 pm to 9.00 pm on Saturday 1 November 2025, there will be food and drinks, a raffle and the main event fireworks display at 7.00 pm. Entry is £5.00 pp with Under 11’s going in for free. All tickets can be bought at the entrance.
Helperby and Brafferton Fireworks

Starting at 5.45 pm on Saturday 1st November 2025 on the Helperby Village Green, is the annual Bring Your Guy competition, with winners annoucned at 6.15 pm. At approximately 6.30 pm the bonfire is lit, with fireworks following at around 7.00 pm. Entry is free but donations are very welcome.
Kirby Malzeard Pheonix Bonfire

The Kirby Malzeard Community Bonfire is on Saturday 1st November at North Close Farm, HG4 3QE, starting at 6.00 pm. Free to enter but donations towards next year are very welcome.
Kirklington Fireworks 2025, Near Bedale

On Wednesday 5th November, Kirklington Village Hall will host a bonfire and fireworks night. The bonfire will be lit at 6.30 pm, with fireworks starting at 7.00 pm. Entrance is free but there is a suggested donation of £5.00 per adult to fund the following year.
Knayton Bonfire Night 2025, Near Thirsk

Gates open at 5.30 pm on Saturday 1st November 2025 for this bonfire and fireworks event that has food and drink available including a bar, mulled wine, and hot beverages. The firework show is at 7.00 pm and children can buy glow sticks to get into the spirit. Tickets are £6.00 pp for adults and £3.00 pp for children. Buy on the door, cash only. Leyburn’s bonfire night is a free event on Wednesday 5th November 2025, but donations are welcome. The event takes place at The Shawl with the bonfire lit at 6.30 pm, and fireworks following at 7.00 pm.

On Saturday 1st November 2025, Lightwater Valley host an end of Season Firework Finale at the end of their Frightwater Valley Halloween themed adventure. Advanced tickets are £15.00 per person with the fireworks ending the day at 5.15 pm.

One of the area’s big favourites, this bonfire and firework display has food & drink, a decent crowd, a large bonfire and a full fireworks show. The bonfire is usually lit around 6.30 pm, with the fireworks display on at 7.00 pm. This year it will be held on Saturday 8th November.

On Minksip Village Field there will be a bonfire event with a Guy Fawkes competition, hot food, and music, dependent on weather. The event takes place on Saturday 8th November from 5.30 pm. The winner of the Guy Fawkes competition lights the bonfire at 6.30 pm. Food tickets must be purchased in advance but drinks can be purchased with cash on the night. Suggested donation of £3.00 per person. Dogs on leads welcome to this no-firework, quieter event.

On Wednesday 5th November 2025, the bonfire will be lit at 6.30 pm with fireworks beginning at 7.00 pm.
Queen Ethelburga’s Bonfire Night Fireworks Display 2025

An over-subscribed free community event with a large bonfire, fantastic fireworks, and food vans within the beautiful grounds of this private school. Tickets are prioritised for staff, pupils, and their families with remaining tickets offered to local residents. Details are released closer to the event. The event will happen on Wednesday 5th November 2025.
Richmond Family Fireworks

The Richmond Family Fireworks 2025 event is happening on Sunday 2nd November at the Richmond Athletic Ground and features a fully choreographed fireworks display set to music and various food and drink vendors. There is also a grandstand available for enhanced viewing. Tickets must be purchased in advance, with no tickets available at the gate. Parking pre-bookable for £10.00 and blue badge holders can park for free with advance booking.
Ripon Community Bonfire and Fireworks

This well-established firework display is sure to not disappoint. Organised by the Rotary Club of Ripon Rowels, the gates open at 5.30 pm, with the bonfire lit arouond 7.00 pm before the fireworks begin around 7.30 pm. on Friday, November 7, 2025. You can buy tickets on the night but advance tickets are cheaper and guarantee entry.

On Wednesday 5th November at 6.00 pm, Scotton Cricket Ground is hosting a bonfire night with fireworks, bar, BBQ, and Coffee. Free to enter but there is a recommended donation of £5.00. No nearby parking available and no personal fireworks.

Stillington Bonfire & Fireworks 2025, Near Easingwold

The torchlight procession leaves the Village Hall at 6.45 pm on Saturday 8th November and the bonfire will be lit when the procession reaches the field. Fireworks commence at 7.30pm. There will be hot food and drinks available. Wellies and boots are recommended. Please note that for safety reasons, private fireworks and sparklers are not allowed on the field. Entry is free for children, school age and below. Adults cost £5.00 on the night (cash payments only) or £4.00 in advance, available at the post office.

Harrogate Railway Centre Firework Spectacular

On Sunday 2nd November you can head on over to the Firework Spectacular event in Starbeck which boasts fairgounds attractions, live music, and fireworks. Gates open at 3.00 pm with the fireworks commencing at 6.30 pm. Adults cost £3.00 pp and under 16’s are free. All under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult.
Harrogate Round Table Stray Bonfire & Fireworks Event

This popular bonfire and firework event is on Saturday 8th November 2025 at 5.00 pm on the Stray near Oatlands. The event is free but there is a £5.00 suggested donation to Martin House Children’s Hospice. Run by the Harrogate Round Table, this large-scale event is popular with locals.

On Saturday 1st November 2025, you can discover the Family Fire and LED Show featuring Jake from Rascals Entertainment, followed by a bonfire lighting and fireworks display. On Saturday 8th November 2025, the gates will open at 4.00 pm for families with young children, who can enjoy some rides and a noise-reduced fireworks display at 5.30 pm for sensitive little ears. For everyone else, gates will open at 5.00 pm, with the Bonfire at 7.00 pm and main display of fireworks at 7.30 pm. At the event, there will be live music from the Bang Bang Bang band and York Mix, as well as funfair rides, plenty of food and drink outlets.
