Run by Mind in Harrogate, Boroughbridge Wellbeing Group runs monthly sessions combining creative mindfulness (grounding, relaxation and creative activity) for adults. Sessions are held on the first Tuesday of each month at Boroughbridge Methodist Church Hall from 6.15pm to 7.45pm.

Dancing for Wellbeing, Knaresborough

Getting older and/or having to cope with illness, disability, pain, bereavement, or caring responsibilities can prohibit us from doing activities, socialising, and keeping fit. This social, for fun dance group encourages participation for all ages and abilities. You can dance sitting down, you don’t need a partner, and it doesn’t matter if you can’t remember the steps. Harrogate Stay Well (HADCA)

Harrogate Stay Well is for people aged 18+, who are experiencing mental health and housing issues in the Harrogate borough. Floating support workers are able to do a weekly home visit to support and a range of weekly wellbeing groups and workshops are available at Community House, Harrogate. Indyoga, Boroughbridge

Run by Harrogate in Mind, the Masham Wellbeing Group offers activity-based mindfulness sessions offer introduction to wellbeing techniques such as breath work and meditation. Ripon Walled Garden Sport & Wellbeing Activities

The Sports programme at Ripon Walled Garden is varied from weekly swimming sessions to seasonal cycling. The walking group tackles 5 or 6 miles weekly, whereas our rambling group take things at a more sedate pace. We have regular trips to Ripon Golf Club and the Ripon Leisure Centre Gymnasium.
